On the login screen, click "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email and you will receive instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

After logging in, access "My Profile" in the top right menu (click on your name). There you can update your personal information, phone, email, and photo. Some data like CPF may require administrator validation.

Para alunos: Access "My Workout Sheet" in the side menu. You can view all exercises, sets, and reps prescribed by your teacher.

Para professores: Access "Workout Sheets" in the menu to create, edit, or view your students' sheets.

Contato the gym reception. They can release your access manually or register a new card. If you lost the card, there may be a replacement fee. You can also register your digital biometrics as an alternative access method.

In the student area, access "Payment History" in the side menu. There you can view all your paid and pending memberships and due dates. You can also generate payment links for overdue memberships.
